I have now been working with Amy for approx 6 weeks and my attitude towards exercise has changed completely! I have tried multiple gyms, PTs and workouts in the past – none of which I could stick at. I needed someone who could be patient and motivate me to reach MY full potential, not provide a generic plan that was too intense or unachievable.
Amy is great at this, creating personalised plans to help you reach your goals at whatever level. She is extremely motivating and her plethora of knowledge is evident throughout her sessions and constant support she provides online as well. Her approach not only looks at exercising but at your lifestyle as a whole including eating and mental health.

Another perk to having Amy as your PT is that she isn’t just there for you for 1 hour of the week she’s constantly checking in with you and if you need anything you can message her whenever you want and you’ll get a reply straight away with help, tips and advice.

I have wanted to work with a PT for a while but never felt confident enough to approach or enquire.
